GVS has taken a leadership role in this regard with its introduction of the G-MAD™ Truck Wind Deflector. GVS invested significant resources and conducted extensive tests on its concept models to advance the aerodynamic and structural performance of this product. The result was a patented design that will be incorporated on several commercial truck styles in 2007.

By harnessing Global’s knowledge of part design, injection molding tooling and processes and leveraging an extensive employee skill set in pattern and model making, Global was able to quickly and efficiently build working prototypes to clearly demonstrate key product benefits. By designing the G-MAD™ as a modular injection molded product Global was able to supply its customers with numerous advantages over existing products including:
