• Color Matching
  On site color matching ensures consistent quality for long-term programs and demanding paint specifications. In fact, Global can paint and color match over 150 OEM approved colors.
  
  
• Paint Baking
  The natural gas oven can accommodate bake temperatures ranging from 50 - 175° C (120 - 350° F). State-of-the-art controls and monitoring capabilities ensure consistent results.
  
  
• Part Preparation
  To ensure reliable paint adhesion and eliminate surface contaminants, Global provides a host of part preparation services to maximize quality throughput on production paint runs.
  
  
• On-Site Warehouse Support
  Global can warehouse raw or finished products as needed. This service can minimize costly shipping costs by reducing emergency shipments and "less than truck load" expedited service costs.
  
  
• Custom Assembly and Packaging
  The Paint and Assembly Division can accommodate nearly any packaging need either through its own custom package design capabilities or by providing product assembly and/or packaging support that utilize customer specified materials and processes. Global can provide part marking/labeling, point of sale packaging and paint warranty support services as required.
