Global Vehicle Systems (GVS) is a solutions provider to the Automotive Industry specializing in Paint, Tooling and Automation, Packaging, and Assembly of exterior class "A" parts. GVS operates three plants with more than 75,000 square feet of production space in Southwestern Ontario. The company was established in 1999 and today employs over 100 specialized staff. Our senior executive team has more than five decades of combined manufacturing industry experience. Through innovative products, services and technology, we automate processes and integrate them into the manufacturing infrastructure. Global Vehicle Systems provides design, manufacturing and integration of automation systems to Tier 1&2 automotive manufacturers. From single cells through to complete lines, we offer the best in both design and program management through our in-house capabilities and experienced staff. GVS is located in Tilbury Ontario Canada. Tilbury is a small town located on Highway 401 between Windsor and Chatham. GVS is in close proximity to many major cities, including:

We have the necessary processing capabilities to handle both 1K and/or 2K paint systems. Our system has been designed to handle low to mid volume production, 1,000 to 50,000 units annually. Yes, we have access to square footage which is equipped with all of the air and electrical outlets necessary to support production needs and loading dock access. This, coupled with our ability to manufacture our own assembly equipment using our tooling and automation division, helps keep start up, maintenance and equipment costs competitive.
