GVS operates three plants with more than 75,000 square feet of production space in Southwestern Ontario. The company was established in 1999 and today employs over 100 specialized staff. What type and volume of paint can GVS’ processing equipment accommodate?
We have the necessary processing capabilities to handle both 1K and/or 2K paint systems. Our system has been designed to handle low to mid volume production, 1,000 to 50,000 units annually.
Can GVS handle pre and/or post paint assembly?
Yes, we have access to square footage which is equipped with all of the air and electrical outlets necessary to support production needs and loading dock access. This, coupled with our ability to manufacture our own assembly equipment using our tooling and automation division, helps keep start up, maintenance and equipment costs competitive.
